Evaluating a Website

This website comes from the Libraries at the University of Maryland. It provides a "checklist" for students (and others) when researching on the web. The website is designed as an activity that can be printed out and given to a teacher (it could be given to students in an exercise in determining reliable web sources). It asks questions such as "Who is the author?", and "What are the qualifications of the author or group that created this site?". Click below
